According to Guru Club, Rapidus disclosed its 2nm semiconductor wafer manufacturing pricing target of 3 to 3.5 million Japanese yen per wafer on July 8. CEO Atsuyoshi Koike stated that the company aims to remain price-competitive with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company in foundry services.
