Revolut Hits $115B Valuation, Up 53% Since November, Becoming Europe's Most Valuable Private Company

According to CoinDesk, Revolut's valuation reached $115 billion in an employee share sale on July 23, up 53% from $75 billion in November 2025, making it Europe's most valuable private company. The digital bank, which supports over 200 cryptocurrency tokens and operates crypto exchange Revolut X, surpassed Barclays' market cap of approximately $95 billion.

Revolut reported 2025 pretax profit of $2.3 billion (up 57% year-over-year) and revenue of $6 billion (up 46%), with over 75 million customers. The company obtained UK banking license in March and has applied for U.S. national bank charter.
