Robinhood CEO Claims AI Agents Approaching Parity with Human Traders; Unveils Tools in May

According to CNBC, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev stated in a recent interview that AI agents will soon achieve trading capabilities comparable to human traders. Tenev noted that institutional trading has already been largely automated and AI-driven, and Robinhood's goal is to democratize access to such computational power and trading tools for retail investors, breaking technological barriers between individual traders and institutional high-frequency traders.

The company revealed in May that it launched tools enabling AI agents to execute stock trades on behalf of clients.
