Russian Airstrikes Kill 18 in Ukraine on June 1-2, Causing Widespread Blackouts

According to Ukrainian officials, Russian airstrikes launched late on June 1 and continuing into the early morning of June 2 killed 18 people as of June 2 afternoon, with six deaths in Kyiv and 12 in Dnipro. The attacks also caused blackouts across parts of Ukrainian territory, according to reports by state officials.
