Russian Antimonopoly Authority Demands Apple Stop Discriminating Against Russian Search Engines

According to the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), the agency issued a warning to Apple on July 1 over alleged discriminatory practices against Russian search engines. FAS stated that iOS devices sold in Russia only come with foreign search engines pre-installed; users must manually change settings to use Russian search engines. The agency claims this practice violates Russian competition law.
