SEC Encourages Foreign Investors to Participate in Fund Advisory Services Trial Expansion

According to SEC Chairman Wu Qing at the Lujiazui Forum opening ceremony on June 17, the China Securities Regulatory Commission will support foreign investors in establishing new securities, fund, and futures institutions in China. The regulator also encourages foreign-invested licensed institutions to participate in the expansion of the fund advisory services pilot program.
