According to CoinDesk, tokenization infrastructure provider Securitize has gained shareholder approval for its merger with Cantor Equity Partners II (CEPT). The transaction is expected to close on Wednesday, with the combined company listing on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the ticker SECZ. CEPT shares surged 20 percent intraday on Monday.
