Shenghuo Tech Denies Losing 5 Billion Yuan in Nvidia Orders Amid Market Rumors

According to an official statement, Shenghuo Technology (HKEX: 02476) has denied reports that it lost approximately 5 billion yuan (roughly $688 million USD) in orders from Nvidia due to quality concerns. The company clarified that its PCB product orders remain robust, with demand from AI-related business segments showing continued growth and head customers maintaining increasing order volumes.

The company stated that core customers have released long-term demand forecasts extending through 2027 and 2028, and collaborative product development initiatives are progressing smoothly. Production and shipments remain normal, the company said, adding it reserves the right to pursue legal action against those spreading false information.
