SK Hynix Prices ADRs at $149 Per Share, Raising $26.5 Billion on July 10

According to Korea Economic TV, SK Hynix priced its American depositary receipts (ADRs) at $149 per share on July 10 (local time), raising $26.5 billion, the largest foreign company IPO in U.S. history. The ADR offer price represents a 3% premium to the company's domestic KOSPI share price. Demand from overseas institutional investors reached seven times the available shares, with over 500 investment firms participating in the bookbuilding process.
