SpaceX Signs $30 Billion AI Computing Deal with Google Ahead of IPO

According to regulatory filings submitted on June 5, SpaceX has signed a cloud service agreement with Google, under which Google will pay $920 million monthly for AI computing resources through June 2029, totaling approximately $30 billion. The resources include around 110,000 Nvidia GPUs, CPUs, memory, and related equipment. Google Cloud stated the partnership supports growing customer demand for AI services. The deal marks SpaceX's second major AI infrastructure agreement within weeks, following a similar arrangement with Anthropic in May.
