SpaceX Stock Surges 30% Since IPO; Established Aerospace Firms Rally While Emerging Space Stocks Tumble

According to Yahoo Finance, SpaceX stock has climbed over 30% since its initial public offering, while traditional aerospace and defense giants including GE, Honeywell, Parker-Hannifin, Eaton, TransDigm, Boeing, RTX, and Airbus have gained approximately 5% to 9% each.

In contrast, emerging space-focused companies have significantly underperformed. Rocket Lab dropped roughly 5%, while AST SpaceMobile, EchoStar, Viasat, Redwire, Planet Labs, and Satellogic declined 10% to 16%. Virgin Galactic, Sidus Space, and Intuitive Machines fell over 20% each.
