SpaceX Transfers Small Bitcoin Amounts for First Time in Six Months, No Signs of Sale

BTC-2.63%

According to Arkham Intelligence, SpaceX transferred small amounts of Bitcoin for the first time in approximately six months recently. The company made three transactions, with the largest being 0.00213 BTC (approximately $135). Crucially, no Bitcoin flowed into exchange addresses, suggesting no immediate sale plans. Analysts note such transfers typically represent wallet maintenance operations like gas fee top-ups or address consolidation, not asset sales.

SpaceX currently holds approximately 18,712 BTC valued at around $1.16 billion, disclosed publicly following the company's June 12 IPO. The holdings represent a purchase cost of approximately $661 million, or about $35,000 per BTC.
