According to ChainCatcher citing CEO Michael Saylor, Strategy Inc. held 843,775 BTC worth approximately $54 billion as of July 12, 2026, with an average acquisition cost of $75,500 per coin and an unrealized loss of nearly $9.9 billion. The company maintains $3 billion in cash reserves, sufficient to cover approximately 20 months of preferred stock dividends and debt interest obligations. Strategy has not purchased additional bitcoin since June 22 and recently sold 3,588 BTC to build its cash position.
