Strategy's Dollar Reserves Cover Just 6.3 Months of Dividends, JPMorgan Warns

According to JPMorgan analysts, Strategy's dollar reserves currently cover only about 6.3 months of preferred stock dividend payments. The company established a $1.44 billion U.S. dollar reserve in December to safeguard dividend payments and service debt, but JPMorgan said rebuilding these reserves may be needed to restore investor confidence and reduce concerns about potential additional bitcoin sales to cover annual $1.7 billion dividend obligations.
