According to CNBC analysis of Trump's 2025 financial disclosure, President Trump made 327 stock purchases on April 8, 2025, focusing on Magnificent Seven technology stocks. He bought between $100,001 and $250,000 in shares of Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft, and Nvidia each that day, as these companies fell sharply following his tariff policy announcement on April 2.
