Trump Sets 60-Day Deadline for Iran Negotiations as U.S.-Iran Conflict Reaches Day 100

According to BlockBeats, on June 7, Trump told mediators he will not extend negotiations beyond 60 days and demanded Iran respond quickly. The U.S.-Iran conflict entered its 100th day amid stalled peace talks and renewed military tensions in the Middle East.

Iran claimed it struck the U.S. Fifth Fleet's critical facilities again. The U.S. Central Command said it intercepted Iranian missiles and drones, reporting no American casualties and denying Iranian claims of damage to the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain. Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated it fired on four oil tankers attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without permission.
