Ukrainian Drones Strike Moscow's Kapotnya Refinery, Supply 70% of City's Oil

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Kapotnya Oil Refinery on June 16, located 10 miles from the Kremlin. The facility supplies approximately 70% of Moscow's oil demand. The Mayor confirmed the refinery was damaged but reported no casualties. Russia claimed at least 60 drones were shot down during the attack. The strike contributes to ongoing fuel shortages affecting at least 25 regions across Russia.
