U.S. Cotton On-Call Orders Rise to 64,840 Contracts as of May 8, CFTC Data Shows

According to CFTC data, U.S. cotton On-Call unsold orders reached 64,840 contracts as of May 8, up 3,943 contracts week-over-week. Buying orders rose to 71,385 contracts, up 1,313 contracts. For ICE cotton futures, the 2607 contract showed 19,865 unsold seller positions, down 384 contracts, while 2025/26 fiscal year On-Call unsold orders totaled 19,865 contracts, down 502 contracts.
