Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon hand over a large number of weapons.

GateNews

Jin10 data reported on September 13 that two Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon handed over a large number of weapons to the Lebanese side on the 13th to implement the Consensus reached by the leaders of Lebanon and Palestine in May. According to a report by AFP citing a Palestinian Liberation Organization official, the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp in southern Lebanon and the Baddawi refugee camp in the north each handed over 5 trucks and 3 trucks of weapons respectively. During the weapon handover process, the Lebanese army was stationed outside these two refugee camps, prohibiting others from approaching. The report stated that the weapons handed over on the 13th came from factions under the Palestinian Liberation Organization. The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and its allies have not yet announced a similar decision.
