China's AI large models' usage volume increased by over 31% week-on-week, surpassing the United States for five consecutive weeks.

Mars Finance news: On April 6, according to the latest OpenRouter data estimates, the total global usage count of AI large models last week (from March 30 to April 5) was 27 trillion Tokens, a month-over-month increase of 18.9%. Among the listed AI large models, China’s AI large models’ weekly usage rose to 12.96 trillion Tokens, up 31.48% from the previous week; the weekly usage count of the U.S. AI large models was 3.03 trillion Tokens, up 0.76% month over month. China’s AI large models’ weekly usage has increased for five consecutive weeks and has surpassed the United States for five consecutive weeks. Last week, the top six global usage rankings were all China’s AI large models. Among the top three, two are Alibaba’s Qwen3.6 3.6-series models.
