According to its financial disclosure for the quarter ended March 28, 2026, AI Financial Corporation reported a net loss of $271.5 million and warned that substantial doubt exists about its ability to continue operating unless it improves liquidity and secures additional financing. The Nasdaq-listed company generated $4.7 million in quarterly revenue from its cryptocurrency payments fintech business.

The sharp loss was driven primarily by an unrealized loss of $348.3 million on its 7.28 billion WLFI token holdings, which declined from approximately $1 billion at year-end 2025 to $706 million by quarter-end. The company also reported a working capital deficit of $5.5 million and stated that future operations will depend on expanding fintech revenue and raising capital through debt or equity financing.
