According to BlockBeats, AI patent startup Stilta completed a $10.5 million seed round today (May 20), led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Y Combinator and individual investors from OpenAI, Legora, Sana, Lovable, and Listen Labs.
The funding will be used to hire engineers, patent experts, and marketing staff. Stilta plans to expand its team to approximately 10 people within 3 to 6 months and establish an office in New York by year-end or early 2027. The company operates an AI Agent-driven patent management platform serving patent infringement identification, licensing opportunities, and litigation defense.
