China's Outbound Travel Services Exports Rise 32.3% YoY in Q1 2026

According to China's Ministry of Commerce Consumer Promotion Division, outbound travel services exports grew 32.3% year-over-year in the first quarter of 2026, driven by expanded visa-free agreements and optimized tax refund policies.

Off-site tax refund sales surged across major cities in January-April: Guangzhou up 186%, Shenzhen up 145%, Shanghai up 65%, and Beijing up 45%.
