China's SASAC Chief Meets World Economic Forum CEO on May 20, Discusses AI and Manufacturing Cooperation

On May 20, Zhang Yuzhuo, chairman of China's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), met with Aloys Zwinggi, interim President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, to discuss deepening cooperation. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening communication, promoting innovation synergy, and advancing practical collaboration. Zhang stated SASAC's willingness to deepen cooperation with the WEF in artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and energy transition. The WEF expressed interest in working further with Chinese enterprises and experts, inviting participation in forum activities and encouraging enrollment in SASAC's researcher program.
