Empery Digital Reduces Bitcoin Holdings by 20 BTC, Total Position Falls to 2,914

Gate News message, April 20 — Nasdaq-listed bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital sold 20 BTC at an average price of $74,425 last week, bringing its total bitcoin holdings to 2,914 BTC, according to Businesswire.

The sale generated approximately $1.5 million in proceeds. The company has also disclosed that it has spent nearly $150 million to repurchase 26,244,657 shares of common stock to date.

Empery Digital indicated it will continue to sell bitcoin as needed to fund future share repurchases and potentially repay outstanding debt.
