Explosion at Gas Cylinder Refill Station in Uzbekistan Kills 6, Injures 5 on June 8

According to Uzbekistan's Emergency Situations Ministry, an explosion and fire at a liquefied gas cylinder refill station in Karshi, Kashkadarya region, killed 6 people and injured 5 on the afternoon of June 8. The blast destroyed 4 vehicles and 2 underground storage tanks at the facility. Emergency responders extinguished the fire, and the injured were hospitalized. A special investigation commission has been established by the government.
