According to People Finance, Guangzhou Anzhu Group announced on May 26 it will immediately launch a trial program to support residents in upgrading their homes by purchasing second-hand properties. The trial runs through December 31, 2026, and targets residential units priced under 3 million RMB, with floor area under 70 square meters, located within Guangzhou's ring expressway, regardless of building age.
Purchase prices will be determined through a "two-stage assessment plus negotiation" mechanism involving third-party professional evaluation, ensuring fair valuations. Acquired properties will be used for affordable housing, talent apartments, and urban renewal relocation projects, prioritizing housing needs of new residents and young professionals.
