According to CCTV, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said today (May 23) that Iran will never abandon its support for Hezbollah. Araghchi emphasized that Lebanon's ceasefire remains a non-negotiable precondition for any agreement, a principle that reflects Iran's core demands and will remain unchanged. He stated that Iran's latest proposal on achieving a permanent and sustainable ceasefire, submitted through Pakistani intermediaries, reiterates the mandatory requirement to include Lebanon in the ceasefire framework.
