KelpDAO rsETH Protocol Resumes Full Operations on May 15

According to BlockBeats, KelpDAO announced on May 15 that the rsETH protocol has resumed full normal operations. The rsETH exchange rate was updated at 16:45 CET today, incorporating all staking rewards accrued during the suspension period. EIGEN rewards are now being distributed to rsETH holders covering the complete suspension cycle.

Deposit and withdrawal functions have been restored across mainnet and L2 networks. rsETH assets now maintain 100% backing status, with all operational processes returned to normal.
