Kelp DAO and Aave announced they will restart rsETH-related operations in the coming days after completing initial recovery steps from the April 18 exploit. Kelp said 117,132 rsETH—the amount stolen in the attack—will be gradually refilled into the LayerZero OFT adapter on mainnet over the next two weeks. Withdrawals are expected to resume within 24 hours after the first tranche arrives, with deposits, redemptions, and bridging to follow once smart contracts are unpaused.
