On June 15, Kraken Pro added U.S. perpetual futures for eligible American clients, allowing traders to manage spot, margin, futures and perpetuals within a single account using unified collateral.

Global perpetual futures trading volume exceeded $60 trillion in 2025, according to Kraken. The exchange now offers the product through Bitnomial, a CFTC-licensed derivatives entity acquired by Payward, Kraken's parent company, providing U.S. traders regulated access to a market previously dominated by offshore venues.
