According to Kyndryl, the US-based IT infrastructure services company launched AI Orchestration for Business on June 11, a capability built on its Agentic AI Framework designed to help enterprises deploy AI agents in day-to-day operations at scale.

The offering targets retail, consumer packaged goods, travel, and transportation companies, coordinating AI agents across supply chain, commerce, finance, IT, and customer operations. The product supports proactive alerts, recommended actions, policy-driven governance, auditability, and human oversight across hybrid environments.
