According to Jin10 data, Libya's state-owned oil company reported crude output reached 1.44 million barrels per day on June 22, marking the highest level since 2013. Iraq's deputy oil minister said the country plans to gradually restore crude production to 4.2-4.3 million barrels per day, the level before the Iran-U.S. conflict. Qatar is recalling empty liquefied natural gas ships to prepare for resuming supplies representing about one-fifth of global LNG capacity. U.S. officials and Iranian representatives made progress on the Strait of Hormuz navigation issue during recent negotiations, with a 60-day roadmap agreed between Qatar and Pakistan.
