Marvell Surges 6% After-Hours on S&P 500 Inclusion, Effective June 22

According to S&P Dow Jones Indices, Marvell Technology jumped 6% after-hours on June 5 following the official announcement of its addition to the S&P 500 index. The company will officially join the benchmark on June 22 at the open, replacing Pool Corporation and Campbell Soup Company. Flex, another company added in the same rebalance, also gained 4% after-hours.
