According to Bloomberg, Mistral AI is in talks with European banks about a cybersecurity model to detect software vulnerabilities, as Anthropic’s Mythos is largely unavailable in Europe.
At a French National Assembly hearing on May 12, Mistral CEO Arthur Mensch said the company must help keep control of the technology locally and is already working with clients on cyber issues. Mistral has not set a launch date and is building a standard product after earlier collaborative work with banks on AI-driven security flaw detection.
