Peak XV Partners Leads Vapi's $50M Series B for AI Voice Platform

According to TechCrunch, Vapi, a San Francisco-based AI voice agent software startup, raised $50 million in Series B funding led by Peak XV Partners, valuing the company at approximately $500 million. The round, which included M12, Kleiner Perkins, and Bessemer, brought Vapi’s total funding to $72 million.

Amazon Ring adopted Vapi in late 2025 to handle holiday support call surges without expanding call center capacity, after the company reviewed over 40 vendors. Vapi has processed more than 1 billion calls and counts Intuit, New York Life, Instawork, and Kavak among its customers.
