Reliance Industries Cuts Russian Crude Imports by 38% in April, Resumes Iranian Oil Purchases

According to Jin10, India's Reliance Industries reduced Russian crude oil imports to 217,800 barrels per day in April, down 37.9% from the previous month. The company also resumed purchases of Iranian crude in April following a U.S. waiver granted to support global oil prices, marking the first Iranian oil imports in seven years. Russian crude's share of Reliance's total crude intake fell to 16.7% in April from 26.3% in March, as overall monthly imports declined 2.2% to 1.3 million barrels per day amid planned maintenance at one of its refineries.
