Rocket Raises $40-50M at $500M Valuation From 360 One Asset

According to The Economic Times, Rocket, a Surat-based AI platform that generates production-ready apps from plain-language prompts, is in talks to raise $40 million to $50 million at approximately $500 million valuation. 360 One Asset is expected to lead the round with an investment of $20 million to $25 million, with other investors potentially joining.

Founded in 2021 by Vishal Virani, Deepak Dhanak, and Rahul Shingala, Rocket previously operated as DhiWise before rebranding when it shifted focus to its current AI platform. The valuation marks a significant increase from the roughly $60 million valuation the company secured less than a year ago.
