SK Group Chairman Open to SK Hynix Stock Split if Requested, Says on July 10

SK Hynix-3.36%
According to Munhwa Daily, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won said on July 10 that if more requests come in, the company will naturally consider a stock split for SK Hynix. However, Chey noted he has not yet received such a proposal from the CFO and the matter has not been formally raised with him. SK Hynix shares have recently surged above 2 million Korean won per share, prompting investor interest in a potential split to improve retail accessibility.
