Tuhu Submits Confidential F-1 Filing to SEC for U.S. ADR Listing

According to its Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on June 29, Tuhu has confidentially submitted a draft F-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the proposed public offering and listing of American depositary shares representing its Class A ordinary shares. The company has also filed the necessary applications with Chinese regulators under applicable laws regarding the proposed overseas offering and listing.

The proposed offering remains subject to regulatory approvals, market conditions, and other factors, and may or may not proceed.
