Gate News message, April 22 — Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Yermak stated today that Ukraine is willing to hold talks between President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin, provided the meeting takes place in a third country capital other than Moscow or Minsk. Yermak told reporters that Ukraine hopes to achieve “new diplomatic momentum” through such talks. Ukraine has requested assistance from multiple countries, including Turkey, to organize the meeting.
Yermak confirmed that Ukraine has formally approached Turkey with this request and has also made contact with several other nations regarding the potential venue and arrangements for the leadership summit.
