Ukraine's Parliament Approves €90 Billion EU Loan Law on May 28

According to Ukraine's national news agency, Ukraine's parliament approved a law on May 28 authorizing the country to receive €90 billion in loans from the European Union. Finance Minister Marchenko confirmed the law provides the legal framework for the funds. Of the total, €60 billion will be allocated to strengthen Ukraine's defense industry, while €30 billion will support the state budget.
