Upbit's Market Share Expands to 64.5% as South Korea's Crypto Trading Volume Declines

According to Digital Asset, Upbit's market share among South Korea's five major cryptocurrency exchanges expanded to 64.5% as of June 26, up 3.1 percentage points from the previous week. The combined trading volume of the five exchanges (Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Cobit, and Gopax) during the week ended June 26 totaled approximately 14.6 trillion Korean won, down 5.58% from the prior week's 15.5 trillion won. Bithumb's share declined to 30.25%, while Coinone, Cobit, and Gopax also saw market share losses.
