World's Largest Methanol Dual-Fuel Container Ship 'Eastern Wisdom' Delivered Today, 24,168-TEU Capacity

According to CCTV, the world's first methanol dual-fuel container ship "Eastern Wisdom" with a capacity of 24,168 TEU was delivered and began operation from a dock in Nantong, Jiangsu province on June 26. At 399.99 meters long and 61.3 meters wide, it is currently the largest methanol dual-fuel container vessel globally. The ship is equipped with an advanced methanol dual-fuel propulsion system that significantly reduces carbon emissions when using green methanol, combining large-scale design, low-carbon efficiency, and intelligent technology features.
