European Crypto Firms Rush to Dubai Ahead of July 1 MiCA Compliance Deadline

According to CoinDesk, as the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation approaches its July 1 compliance deadline, European crypto enterprises are increasingly consulting with Dubai-based legal firms about relocating to the United Arab Emirates. NeosLegal lawyer Irina Heaver stated that inquiries from European founders have surged significantly, with her firm receiving over 120 consultations per week from companies and founders seeking to establish operations in the UAE, approximately half originating from Europe including Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
