Hangzhou Targets 50 Billion Yuan Annual Bank Credit for OPC Startups by 2028

Hangzhou has launched a policy plan to establish a national artificial intelligence and OPC (Online Project Creator) startup hub, according to official announcements. The city plans to strengthen financial support through innovative lending products such as "OPC Credit Loans" and "AI Entrepreneurship Loans," while expanding loan guarantee coverage for qualified OPC talents. Additionally, insurance institutions will be encouraged to develop products covering income interruption, data security, and intellectual property infringement risks. By 2028, Hangzhou's banking institutions are targeting annual credit allocations of no less than 5 billion yuan specifically for OPC development.
