Japan's Nikkei 225 and South Korea's KOSPI Both Close Higher

Gate News message, April 15 — Japanese and South Korean stock markets closed in positive territory today.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 index (the country’s benchmark equity index) rose 0.44% to close at 58,134.24 points. South Korea’s KOSPI index (the nation’s main stock market benchmark) gained 2.07%, finishing at 6,091.39 points.
