According to Pakistan’s Defense Minister Hoja Asif, on Monday evening, Turkey and Qatar may join a mutual defense cooperation agreement between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Asif stated during a local television broadcast that the arrangement is currently being finalized. “If Qatar and Turkey also join this existing agreement, that would be a welcome development,” he said. The initiative aims to build a broader cooperation platform for “like-minded” nations to strengthen regional stability and collective security amid ongoing U.S.-Iran tensions reshaping the Middle East and South Asia.
