According to SK Telecom, the South Korean telecom carrier’s artificial intelligence data center business posted 131.4 billion won (US$89.4 million) in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, up 89.3% year on year. The company attributed the surge to higher data center utilization and increased GPU-as-a-service sales. SK Telecom’s overall Q1 revenue reached 4.4 trillion won (US$2.99 billion), though it declined 1.4% compared with the same period last year.
