SUNX Issues Warning Against Fraudulent Impersonation and Phishing Schemes

Gate News message, April 28 — Derivatives trading platform SUNX released an official statement warning against counterfeit platforms impersonating the brand. According to the announcement, fraudsters have recently been using unofficial Chinese translations such as “孙克斯” (Sunke Si) and “森克斯” (Senke Si) to conduct “signal trading” and fund scams.

SUNX clarified that its official name is exclusively “SUNX” in English, and it has never adopted any Chinese name. The platform holds multiple regulatory licenses, including U.S. MSB licenses with registration numbers 31000276306668 and 31000307329308, and is registered with the U.S. SEC (CIK: 0002106288). SUNX was established in 2018 and is listed on major data platforms including MyToken (ranked 19th globally), Fei Xiao Hao (ranked 33rd globally), and CoinMarketCap.

The platform urged users to access SUNX exclusively through official channels and to avoid any platforms claiming to offer signal trading or using unofficial Chinese names. SUNX stated it has initiated legal proceedings and will pursue all fraudulent actors responsible for impersonation.
